Mr. Saroj Kumar Ray, an accomplished Assistant Professor in Food Production, brings over 14 years of teaching expertise from leading hospitality institutions. Since 2016, he has been an integral part of the faculty at the Institute of Management Bhubaneswar, where he has made significant contributions to the field of hospitality education. Mr. Ray holds a Master's degree in Hotel Management from Utkal University of Culture, Bhubaneswar. He is also a certified trainer accredited by the Odisha Skill Development Authority (OSDA) under the Government of Odisha. Complementing his academic career, Mr. Ray has six years of professional experience with prestigious five-star hotel chains, including the Kenilworth Group of Hotels and the Swosti Group of Hotels, along with other renowned properties across India. To further enhance his expertise, he has successfully completed a Faculty Development Program at SOA University, Bhubaneswar.
